  9. Bratwurst Sausage Recipe, Sheboygan Style

  11. 4 Lbs Ground Pork 
  12. 1 Lb. Ground Veal, Chicken or Turkey 
  13. 1/4 Cup Bread Crumbs 
  14. 2 eggs 
  15. 5 teaspoons salt 
  16. 1 cup of milk 
  17. 1 1/2 teaspoons white pepper 
  18. 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves 
  19. 1/2 teaspoon onion powder or 1 onion minced 
  20. 1/2 teaspoon mace 
  21.  
  22. Combine all ingredients.  Then either stuff into natural casings 
  23. or make into patties and cook like burgers
